Job Description:
A company is looking for a TAOS Program Manager to support the
management of various programs within HR Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer programs, including the Drug and Background
program, to support HRSD's goals
Coordinate projects with cross-functional teams to align
organizational goals and deliver products on time
Serve as a program expert, liaising with internal and external
stakeholders for inquiries and escalation resolution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5-7 years of related experience, particularly in program and vendor
management
General understanding of HR processes and policies, with preference
for shared services experience
Experience supporting large-scale implementations and project
management
Certification in project management is highly desirable
