Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Support Representative Level 1
to join their team in North America.
Key Responsibilities
Provide front-line technical support and manage inbound calls,
emails, and chats
Identify, diagnose, and resolve client issues, aiming for
first-call resolution
Monitor and respond to user-reported issues, ensuring accurate
communication and timely resolution
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years experience in Front Desk Operations or Hotel/Front
Office Management
Experience in technical support and strong troubleshooting
skills
High level of knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic
networking concepts
Understanding of hotel front desk and back-office operations
Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
