and energetic Skilled Nursing Facility Executive Director to lead
our Ingleside Communities located at 407 N. 8th St., Mt Horeb,
Wisconsin, consisting of an 80-bed skilled nursing facility unit,
16-bed CBRF unit, and a 24 RCAC Unit. The Executive Director at
Ingleside would manage all aspects of operations, ensuring that we
continue to provide high-quality care, meet regulatory standards,
and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and
staff.The Executive Director position at Ingleside has the support
structure of an experienced Assistant Administrator who is already
in place. This individual provides strong administrative support
and works collaboratively with the Executive Director to ensure the
smooth operation of the organization.We Offer a Competitive Wage

- The Executive Director (ED) will provide strategic leadership
and day-to-day management of the skilled nursing facility. The ED
will oversee clinical, operational, financial, and regulatory
aspects of the facility, ensuring compliance with all local, state,
and federal regulations. The successful candidate will have a deep
understanding of skilled nursing care, a passion for improving
quality of life for residents, and the ability to inspire a team of
dedicated professionals.Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management:
- Direct and oversee all aspects of the facility's operations,
including staffing, budgeting, and service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical outcomes,
resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff to
create a high-performing team focused on resident care and facility
success.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented culture
that values respect, communication, and accountability.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations,
accreditation standards, and internal policies.
- Prepare for and lead inspections and audits by regulatory
agencies, addressing deficiencies and implementing corrective
actions as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations,
and industry best practices.
- Oversee the facility's financial operations, including
budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Implement cost-control strategies while maintaining high
standards of care.
- Work closely with the finance team and Board of Directors to
ensure financial sustainability and growth.
- Quality & Resident Care:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to
all residents.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to monitor
and improve care delivery and resident outcomes.
- Engage with residents and their families to ensure satisfaction
and address concerns promptly.
- Strategic Planning:
- Lead the development and implementation of the facility's
long-term strategic plan.
- Identify opportunities for growth, program development, and
facility improvement.
- Represent the facility within the community and at industry
events to enhance the facility's reputation.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business
Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in good standing
in the state of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 3 years management experience as a Licensed Nursing
Home Administrator (LNHA) in a skilled nursing facility.
- In-depth knowledge of skilled nursing facility operations,
state and federal regulations, and best practices in resident
care.
- Proven track record of successful leadership and supervisory
skills, including staff management, financial oversight, and
operational performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability
to build relationships with staff, residents, families, and
regulatory staff.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change, solve complex
problems, and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must speak and understand English.
- Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward the
