Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Director, CX.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new and add-on sales revenue through compelling value
propositions and presentations
Identify opportunities to increase bookings and revenue while
ensuring customer service levels are met
Lead the sales process including negotiation, proposal development,
and management of the pursuit team
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of formal field sales experience in target
markets
Ability to identify, qualify, and prioritize prospects with
demonstrated results
Executive-level presence with strategic planning experience for
complex sales opportunities
Proven track record as a change manager and building
high-performance partnerships
Self-motivated with a sales hunter mentality
