Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Enablement Manager for
Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the Customer Success training program, including
content development and delivery
Create and maintain training content in collaboration with Subject
Matter Experts and ensure it meets learner needs
Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs,
optimizing results as needed
Required Qualifications
8+ years of training or enablement experience, particularly in
Customer Success
Experience in defining, building, and delivering global enablement
programs
Familiarity with program management and Learning Management System
(LMS) tools
Solid understanding of the customer lifecycle and Customer Success
roles
Cybersecurity background preferred
