Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years in RPA or workflow automation with hands-on experience using Power Automate, UIPath, Zapier, or n8n.io.
Proven success in implementing scalable automation strategies that enhance efficiency.
Strong grasp of the automation lifecycle from solution design to deployment.
Knowledge of security and compliance aspects in automation processes.
Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Analytical thinking to evaluate and solve intricate process issues.Preferred Skills:
Experience in professional services sectors like legal or financial.
Certification in automation or RPA platforms.
